Ammon Idaho real estate is one of the hottest areas in the United States, and the hottest place to live in Bonneville County.I have sold multiple homes in Ammon for several reasons.
I think the biggest reason is that currently the taxes are low. Although Ammon is currently kind of out in the country, but still in Idaho Falls, that is rapidly changing as it continues to grow.
I think though as Ammon continues to grow, the taxes will have to go up to be comparable with the rest of Idaho Falls. Mainly because they will have to have more services like stop lights, wider roads etc.
Also, a good share of the shopping is in Ammon and that part of town is brand new.
Ammon also has quite a few really nice subdivisions located on the hill.
Hillcrest is the main High School for Ammon.
Ammon is a great place to live. Let me know if you want to go look at homes in Ammon Idaho.
